  • If i can not put a star, i will! You're already stress enough of needing extra money and im sure no one wants to do a payday or title loan but for emergencies like this, you just gotta do what you have to do. When this location first opened, the staff knew what they we're doing, professional and friendly staff.. now, you walk in, they greet you and have no idea who wants to help you. But as soon as they ask you to take a seat, usually there's only 2 staffs, they both ask each other what to do next and How to do it! Wth?!! And then the other girl gets up, take her stuff and tell her coworker, if you need anything, just call this 1800... come to find out, he's in training! So we wait patiently, gave him the info he needed, we were in there for 45 min, all he entered on his system was my name, my address and phone number. And then we hear him dialing the phone and ask someone he doesn't know what to do. And then turn to us and say "im sorry, there's a glitch on our system for a week now and we don't know when are they going to fix it". Im already stress enough, i wanted to pick that keyboard and slam it on him omg!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!
