  • This is a review for their catering service. I recently ordered service for the past Christmas holiday for a small group of 10-15 people. I ordered the ribs which came out FANTASTIC and the pineapple chicken which was overly dry and tasteless except for the overpowering taste charred grill. Ribs paired well with homemade fixings of salads and sweet potato mash. For the chicken, I don't get it why anyone would want chicken that tastes like that. I may as well lick the grill. Even the pineapple dressing on the side couldn't hide that cigarette flavor. Four stars for the manager who was reliable and quick with the getting the order prepared and for the staff getting the items ready on time. Ample serving ware and napkins were also provided.
