  • I live here. I love living here. I have always found the on-site folks to be extremely helpful so maybe the other reviewers are talking about somebody else. Yes, the gates are often broken but I have not experienced any crime, at all. I like my apartment location and layout. The neighbors are nice and friendly and courteous. I would really recommend The District at Mountain Vista. The rates are good compared to other places.
