My last two purchases from Western Honda have been, to say the very least, below expectations. There was very poor communication and I was put are put on terminal hold countless times for what seems to be lifetime each (where excruciating hold low budget advertisements for themselves are played). I constantly had to keep calling for statuses and messages were hardly ever returned. I gave a second chance after the first purchase 7 months prior. However I was treated to the same poor communications and even worse backpedaling on what was said after the deal was reached (putting it bluntly, I was lied to). Now three months later, I still have yet to receive the reimbursement check for my extended warranty from the bike I traded in. First it was sent to the the finance company for some reason so they sent it back. I gave my address for them to send it me and I was told that after I inquired a week later, the check was returned because the address was incorrect. Checking the email that I sent a week and a half earlier, confirmed I gave the proper address. This whole experience has been one epic fail after another. I am very disappointed with the treatment and have made sure that when anyone asks where to buy a Honda, I tell them anywhere but Western Honda. It is a wonder that Western Honda remains in business.
