  • I came in to get my hair colored by Melanie Dobbs for $65. She colored my hair three times in less than a year. The first and second time was back to back because she didn't color all the white hair on my first visit so, I had to go back for reapplication. I wasn't happy. She said the color or chemical she used was not strong enough for my hair but she got it down so I gave her another shot. Same thing happened. I called her for reapplication. She kept changing the times of our appointment. I'm not putting up with poor and incompetent service anymore so I ended my business with her. I ask around for a colorist referral from friends and found out that I can do root coloring which is far cheaper and less damaging to the hair. She didn't mention that option to me. I find her untruthful and not looking out for the best interest of her clients. SHE IS INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST. Never am i going to be fooled again!
