  • Very disappointed and rather surprised because of how beautiful of a facility it is. The man that did my gell manicure was rude and yelled at me for bumping a nail when he moved the light and it hit my nail. My friend who got a regular manicure had nail polish all around her fingers when she walked out. The woman doing her nails left 3 times to go finish another woman's nails and repeated the same step of the manicure on the same fingers 3 times. Why start a new customer when you aren't finished with the other?
