  • I went here for the first time today because I'm new to the area and the price was in my budget. I wanted a trim and my color touched up. The whole experience took 4 hours, so I'm glad that I allowed plenty of time for that. The time is the only drawback about this place. It was a lovely, clean facility. The student who worked on me (Miranda) asked me important questions about my hair that gave her info I wouldn't have thought to share myself. She worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted and asked repeatedly if I was comfortable and liked where the look was going. She was INCREDIBLY thorough. The supervisors walked around the room checking on students and assisting when they needed it. They stopped to look at my hair and ask the student who was working on me some questions. I had originally selected a hair color from a swatch of a dye that wouldn't have worked on my hair, but the stylists worked to mix up a dye that blended colors to adapt to my hair and give me the color I desired. I was very impressed by that. Overall, a wonderful experience. I'd recommend giving yourself a morning to enjoy the relaxation of being thoughtfully tended to by smart, kind students.
