Bait and switch!
I knew what car I was interested in buying, which was a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6. I was shown several on their lot that interested me. The issue was that they had just arrived, and were not ready for a test drive. He kindly provided me with a test drive in a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 that one of the dealers was driving at the time.
When we went back to the office he was relieved of his responsibilities. I was handed off to the fleet manager. He asked what I was looking for, and I repeated the same details that I provided to the sales associate (2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6, light exterior, and beige interior). He then tries to guide me towards a four cylinder Honda Accord, saying how I would not even notice the difference (translation: let me sell you what we need to sell rather than what you want to buy). He then went to get quotes for the four cylinder Accords. I left the facility when he was doing this because I do not have time to play games. Either you want to sell me what I want to buy or you do not. If you do not want to sell me what I want, then there is no reason for me to be at your business. This is especially true of Honda dealers because there are many of them in the Phoenix area.
I do not recommend Showcase Honda.
