Entertainmently, this place is the bomb in Cleveland. You get to see your favorite bands up close and it's not very expensive. Food and drinks are a little expensive...expect to pay $4.00 for bottled water.
Corporately House of Blues is very strict when it comes to professional videotaping concerts. Only certain things can be taped for a certain time, if you are lucky. Professional photography seems to be the easiest way to get in with House of Blues if you're in broadcasting. Back stage passes aren't too hard as long as you can contact band managers. I've been offered upper floor seats with free food and drinks before for having press passes.
If you're looking to have a fun day in Cleveland, eat at the House of Blues restaurant, get front stage passes, then see Flogging Molly this February.
