  • Terrible customer service. My mom made an appointment for us to get pedicures for her birthday. However, when we got there and told them of our appointment they didn't seem to care at all. After 5 minutes of waiting they told us we would have to wait until the other 4 walk in customers were done before they could get to us. What's the point of making an appointment if they won't honor it? Won't be going there again.
