  • Don't waste your time!! I made a reservation on their official website and when I called in to ask a question regarding our stay, the reservation manager argued with me over the rate and he was trying to tell me that I booked a promotion rate for NV residents only through a promotional email. He then said the price would go up. This group fabricates lies to get you to pay more. He continued to argue with me and in their eyes the customer is never right. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere along with the rest of our friends and family that we're going to make reservations here as well as gamble. We will never patron this casino and hotel.
