  • We decided to try the 92nd Street Cafe after our first choice, a Chinese buffet, was surprisingly closed. My cousins recommended it having been there before. It's not a pretentious place by any means, but it is family-run, the menu is eclectic, and the food absolutely superb. In fact it reminded me of the Pinnacle Grille, maybe not as nice to look at, but which also serves great food at reasonable prices. I had the Lemon Chicken. Awesome. My mother had the Chicken Piccata which is really Chicken Marsala but was also very good. Dad had the Chicken Fajita Salad, which he enjoyed. My cousins had the Stir Fry and Fried Shrimp respectively. I saw the burgers they serve, and I would definitely try those in the future - big, and plenty. Our waiter was Tony, the son of the owner, and he was extremely accomodating and nice. We don't exactly live around the corner from the cafe but it is a place I know we will be going back to and soon.
