Just went in a few minutes ago to check out the place. The young kid at the counter was so rude, that it cost that company two new members. I guess I will never know if it's a good place to join or not, but if the customer service is that terrible, I don't need this place. There are a few other similar locations in the area that will get our business. Maybe the owner should do a recap to the kid, on how customers equals business. The owner should reach out.
