  • I must say that I'm overly impressed with the staff at Dallas Beauty Lounge. I've had my eyelash extensions done at several salons around the Pittsburgh area and Dallas Beauty is by far the best of the best. I came here after a friend referred me and I'm so happy I did! When I had called to schedule there was a new stylist that was running a special for a discounted rate since she was a new employee. The other veteran stylist was booked out for nearly a month, so I decided to give the new stylist a chance. When I arrived at DBL the girls at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I filled out a new client form and a lash consent form and waited patiently. My technician came and greeted me and was certainly not as outgoing as the other ladies I had came into contact with. She walked me over to the spa side of the salon and we went into her well kept room. She was very quiet and not personable at all. She didn't introduce herself, nor ask me very many questions about my current lashes or what I wanted. Once she was finished (about 45 minutes later), I got up and looked at my lash extensions. I was less than impressed. The lashes were sparse and didn't look at all like the photos on Dallas Beauty Lounge's Instagram or Facebook accounts. The process was uncomfortable and she was very unpleasant, barely speaking unless spoken to. When I checked out, the receptionist asked if I wanted to book my next fill and I was hesitant. They offered to schedule me with their veteran stylist and assured me she would take care of any issues. I decided to give her a try. I came back the following week and I'm so happy I did! Kelly was not only friendly and understanding but she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. She removed most of the extensions that were currently on and replaced them with silky, fluffy lashes. They felt so lightweight, I could barely tell they were even there! She stayed past her operating hours to be sure I left with a smile on my face. I've been continuing to see her regularly every two weeks for the past month and a half and I couldn't be happier! I received an immediate email from Dallas herself after my appointment asking if I was satisfied with my most recent service and apologized for the initial inconvenience. I would highly suggest Kelly at Dallas Beauty for anything Lashes. She's amazing!!! She saved my lashes from being drab and now they're FAB! Thanks Kel, see you soon! xo
