  • Customer service was pretty good the last time I went, the karts are fun to drive & fast, the track is nice and curvy and challenging, and the price isn't bad. Last week was the 2nd time I went for unlimited racing there, and the groups I raced against were quite a bit more challenging than the first time. The first time, I was in 1st place nearly every race :-D We came on the previous day (Tuesday) hoping to use a voucher that expired on Wednesday, and were told that we wouldn't be able to race until more than half way through the time period allotted to the unlimited races due to an overlapping corporate event. We were however compensated nicely for this by being given a complimentary race on Tues, and returned on Wed to use our vouchers. We found the staff to be pretty friendly including the owner who made conversation and would refer to us by name. The race cars vary in performance as some are faster than others, however for some reason I kept getting the faster one as compared to my friends. One of the guys I met there was really good at skillfully not allowing anyone to pass him, which was fun too. They are however electric, so there's no exhaust smell, and they are faster than gas ones I've driven as well. The track requires skill to be handled accordingly, so that was definitely a lot of fun too. I forgot my water bottle there, and I called them today asking if they've found it, so after not finding it in their lost & found, the guy on the phone took my number down saying they'll look for it and call em back. It's more than I would've expected. Based on all the factors I've mentioned, I'd definitely recommend Grand Prix Kartways and I'll very likely be returning to race there in a month or two.
