  • I'm a fan of Massage Envy. I've been three times, and two out of the three times I've gotten very good massages. (I just won't use that third massage person again.) I always ask them to focus on my neck and back, and they do. They work the kinks out, and they are responsive when I ask for something different from what they are doing. It's not the most relaxing environment -- you can hear what's going on in the room next to you and in the hallways. But I think that's completely worth it for the price. I just like to get the kinks worked out regularly, and Massage Envy does a good job of that. The front desk made a mistake once with scheduling, but when I arrived, they realized it (the woman who goofed admitted her mistake, which is so rare!) and they went ahead and got me in at the promised time. I was grateful for that. I'm glad to have found Massage Envy and will keep going back.
