First time Dommer over here! Ok so, I LOVE pizza. I love pizza in all shapes and sizes (with the exception of deep dish which I just like like). I mean, it's cheese, bread, and sauce. Whoever came up with pizza is a lazy genius.
Anyhow, we ordered the Di Fara Special NY style and the white pizza with a gluten free crust for take out. Then we proceeded to look at the pizza boxes for 30 minutes because I'm such a good friend and I waited for the last person to get to my house. SO I ATE MY PIZZA COLD. And guess what?? It was still delicious! The Di Fara has hand cut peps (like Prince street but not as thick) and the crust is sturdy enough to hold all the deliciousness but thin enough to be NY. Also, even though I'm not gluten intolerant I eat gluten free pizza because the crust is kinda chewy and for some reason I enjoy that...call me crazayyyy I know. But really, just try gluten free crust one time. I liked the white pizza but it's kind too fancy for me. Just gimme the OG.
