| - Have been a loyal patron of AJ's for 13 years here in the Valley. I've used them to cater an event, professional flower arrangements, sushi, bought birthday presents, candles, Christmas ornaments, greeting cards, wrapping paper, liquor, wine, etc. from the store. I live one a mile from my the one on Thompson Peak and (this one) right across the street from my office. I eat lunch at this particular AJs almost everyday, as well as the rest of my office and office building. Today, however, while waiting for my BBQ order, it was 113 degrees outside and I decided to go in and purchase a beverage while I wait for my order outside. When I went out to check on my order, it was still not done, so I went back into the store again for air conditioning and sat down on a folding wooden chair that had a back pillow on it. After only a few minutes, the manager came up to me and asked if he could "remove the pillow behind my back because the pillows were expensive". What??? This was not ok, rude, and unforgiving. Who does that?
