  • I was really excited about coming here because I just moved to Gilbert and saw good reviews. The initial visit wasn't horrible. The lady who did my pedicure was very personable. I liked her. The guy who did my nails did a really great job. However, a day later, the gel on my nails started to come off.. almost turning them matte. I tried calling the store multiple times to ask to come in and I kept getting a busy signal, so I drove there. Multiple workers surrounded my hands as if I was getting ready to have surgery and almost made me feel like it was my fault as to why the gel came off. Not to mention the gel was already chipping !!! ONE DAY. I don't believe it was my nail techs paint job that did this .. it's simply the type of gel polish. He was really nice about fixing them and i thanked him for being so patient. I was going to return here but it is now two weeks later and the gel is coming off again. My nails look disgusting and one broke already. Also, not to mention i paid over $40 for my fill w/gel alone! I paid $35 for a pedicure with regular polish.. nearly paid $95 with tip for this kind of outcome. Very unhappy. However I will say the salon is beautiful and they serve wine!
