  • Strictly based on the food not the beer, Rock Bottom is descent. The menu is extensive and a lot of the dishes sound really great, but nothing actually tastes good.The mixed drinks are weak and the quality and seasoning of the food is pretty bad. The service is consistently good. 1. Sangria tasted like Kool-Aid, very weak. 2. The vegetable medley is terrible, mushy, tasteless, very Wal-Mart. 3. The salmon was extremely over cooked, dry, and tasteless. 4. The garlic rib eye had a descent taste, but it was 6oz of meat and 6oz of fat. Half of the steak was completely inedible because of the fat and poor cut. I wouldn't come back unless forced by a group of beer drinking friends.
