  • we've been working with Toll Brothers on our new home purchase and needless to say we are super disappointed with the options we have been pigeon- holed in as we feel like they have monopolized on the options that are and that are not available. We are already under contract, and if we were not, I wouldn't make this purchase nor would I recommend it. its appalling! just an example... they offered us 1 color finish for our cabinet colors in our home, and any other color was an "upgrade", costing Thousands!! I am going to enjoy causing a stink because I am already committed... so why not?!?!
