  • The line is always incredibly long. They also charge a ridiculous deposit on rentals. I rented 6 folding chairs for Thanksgiving. $1.5/chair/day but then a $6 deposit/chair. Problem is - the chairs weren't clean or in good shape - so why the deposit? Isn't that to ensure quality and provide the funds to replace when necessary? Very disappointed and will go elsewhere for my party rental needs in the future.
