rev:text	I am a regular patient at bay and college clinic. Yesterday I made an appointment online at 9:30am, On the morning today I knew I would be late so I checked If I could manage and delay or cancel my appointment online but it is not applicable to do it online so I made another appointment after two hours to be on time. Unforchentely, when I came the ladies on the front desk told that my appointment is canceled and I will not be able to do any other appointment for the future, they were rude and their attitude were not acceptable. I registered as a walk in patient and waited 2 hours and didi not see the doctor. Only one doctor was working!!! This is for sure will be my last visit to the clinic.
