  • I had a 5 hour layover in Charlotte and desperately needed a color correction. My hair was orange due to the inexperience of a hairstylist in DC. I called Gisoo and unfortunately they didn't have any openings given the busy holiday season. I was on the verge of tears when I received call back! Andi, a stylist at Gisoo said she would accept me! I quickly made my way to the salon and was greeted with warm smiles! Andi immediately began the coloring process and Olivia continued with the shampooing/conditioning and blow drying. I felt very grateful and appreciative because they were able to accommodate me in such short notice. the color correction was perfect!
