  • The rudest, most unprofessional security I have been through (I travel a lot for work). I counted 11 employees, most just chatting with one another, as they closed one of 2 x-ray machines without warning or direction, then proceeded to yell at everyone for not recognizing a small cone that had "closed" written in marker and for standing in inappropriate places. All the while not a single TSA agent directed us as to where they would like us to go. Just another lovely aspect of Cleveland.
