This hotel is about as nice as Motel 6. I reserved and paid for a room one month before my check in. My reservation was for a King, non smoking. When I got to my room I discovered two queens and although there were no ashtrays in the room it reaked of cigarettes. I called down to the front desk where they told me that they had no king rooms and they were first come first serve. How early did they want me to pay for my room - a year? They said they would send a bell hop up with a new key - that never happened. I had to call back and ask for the manager.
The beds have only sheets and a blanket - no spread or comforter. The TV was lower than the bed and the desk was from Ikea. The bathroom was tiny and the shower even smaller - the water pressure sucked too. If you get a room on side of the hotel by the Fremont experience - don't count on getting any sleep. There is a live band playing terrible music and they may as well be inside the hotel room.
For me, when I pay for a hotel room I want a comfortable room where I can get sleep. Even that was interrupted, with a bang on the door, from housekeeping, at 7:30 am on Saturday because there was no "do not disturb" sign for me to hang outside. HORRIBLE!
