  • After returning to Az this winter I found that I had no heat in the house. I consulted with a number of companies before choosing Mason Mechanical to install a new heating/cooling system. I am extremely happy that I did. The sales representative,Joe Calo, was very professional. He explained everything very well as we went through the process of getting a price for a new unit. Before he left my house I had a proposal in my hands. The install team that came out appeared to be well trained and worked well together. They worked very hard and completed the entire job in one long day. They cleaned up the job site before leaving. A few days after the install I had a follow up visit from Joe Calo,sales rep, and Dion, a technician to double check the install and answer any question that I might have. I had a great experience in my dealings with Mason Mechanical. I am going to get water softener system for my home soon. I just found out that Mason Mechanical will be adding that service in a couple of weeks. You can bet that they will be my preferred company to work with. This is a company that I trust completely.
