  • I can't speak for the car sales side, as I bought my Kia elsewhere, but I've been to Tempe Kia a few times for servicing. Paula has been really friendly every time and does what it takes to ensure that I was satisfied. I'm usually a cheap-ass when it comes to things, so yeah, sometimes I have gone to other places for oil changes and whatnot due to price or convenience, however, the few times I've gone to "the dealer" I didn't feel I got ripped off. When I went this morning, I stayed in the waiting room and enjoyed some donuts, too!
