We recently decided to try the Story of Ramen as my daughter was celebrating her 16th birthday and had strong interest in the culture and loves Ramen. When we arrived the location was immaculate having a spacious sun room area for us to sit and dine after finishing with the preparations. Our group of 10 was handled with extra care allowing each person to mix, measure, and pour ingredients then crafting our dough into perfect shaped noodles. The arrangements were clean and well stocked and amazingly delicious. It was a true hands on fun experience; I would try again and high recommend those foodies that love to get their hands dirty while learning from two wonderful experts about the history of Ramen. You must try the egg that was marinated for 24 hours that in itself was a treat, and defiantly try the spicy sauce.
When you leave you will be full with a smile thinking I am glad a tried this.
