  • This place is fantastic! The bad reviewers have no idea what they're talking about. I stopped in here today just for a look around at the variety of animals and had an amazing time. It's like a whole animal show in here! They had a wide variety of snakes, lizards, and turtles in a huge range of prices from five dollars to several thousand. They are all gorgeous and seem well accommodated. They also had other animals too: frogs, fish, insects, bunnies, ferrets, birds, tons of awesome stuff. Staff didn't even seem to mind that we were just looking around. We were encouraged to go slowly and admire every animal. Even as the store was closing we were treated politely and were never even asked to leave. The employee helping us even offered several times to let us handle any animals we wanted to. He seemed knowledgeable about all the animals so if I'd had a specific question I feel confident he'd have had the answer. I plan to go back very soon to check out all the rest of the animals I didn't have time for tonight. I'm also considering getting a pet snake in the near future and if I do this will be the first place I go for my information and supplies. Maybe I'll even find the snake for me here in this store :)
