  • We have stayed at various Embassy Suites but this was terrible. Hairs on the bathroom floor and in the tub drain (not ours, they were there on check in) and trash in the parking lot that remained all four days of our stay. The young woman at the desk at check in was very unfriendly and told us in a nasty manner, "Check in is not until 4 pm." (It was almost 3 pm - our mistake!) Saturday morning I went to get breakfast and there were no spoons for the yogurt, although this didn't matter because there was no yogurt in the bowl - just scrapings. Coffee was empty and the potatoes were gone. I took a slice of turkey bacon and it was ice cold and inedible. We didn't attempt the 'made to order' breakfast because the line was REALLY long. I went back 45 minutes later in hope of getting breakfast and nothing had been replenished except the coffee, and the line was still long. The housekeeper never replaced the 'complimentary' in-room coffee. Positives? Nice fitness room and the bartender at the evening reception was very nice. We will never go back.
