rev:text	racist and very poor customer service!!!!! the so called sales reps at curve motor sports need to undergo serious customer service training as they do not have the people skills nor do they know how to deal w/ customers. (and you wonder why they have so many cars in their lot - they are probably unable to sell them because people do not want to buy cars from uneducated, demeaning, and prejudice bigots!!! my husband and i walked in and as we stepped in and asked to take a look at a vehicle the sales man sighed and made it seem like we were wasting his time. afterwards we went back to his sorry excuse of a desk (far left corner) to talk numbers and as my husband was asking different questions he kept on cutting him off saying hes a "straight up kind of guy" and he didn't think we could afford this vehicle. (mind you we hadn't had even given our information or filled out any forms as yet so its not like he had access to our credit history - and on top of that we were willing to put a $10,000 cash down payment) after being mocked and put down i kindly asked the rep to pls stop intterrupting my husband and i pointed out his poor attitude. the sales rep then demanded that we leave if we didn't like the way his customer service was. i will never go back to this disgusting dealership ever again and i will make sure that everyone knows how we were poorly treated!!! (p.s: i noticed there were other complaints about this dealership on another website: http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/curve-motor-sport-c228760.html the gm had the nerve to comment on the post and say they had nothing to do with it and talk about how some people just love to complain and he didn't wan tto pay over 2000 to have it removed from the site - hahahahah now i know where his sales reps get their training from.) in order to be a good boss you must lead by example and if your customer service skills suck then your sales reps will be just as bad. stay far away from this dealership and ignore all other good reviews from new accounts because that is just their own reps trying to save face and make up fake stories.
