  • I try to avoid review on chain locations especially because they are a chain. But since switching jobs to uptown, this place is literally the nearest location to me if I don't wanna be late for work. This place is horrible. The employees are friendly but the big bad manager is a total dee I see Kay. It won't be hard for you to spot him. You know. His the guy that takes money out of his apron to give you change. He's also the guy that will short change you. Let's do simple math. If my coffee costs $3.80 (which fluctuates during the week) and I give you $5.00, why did you give me $0.55 back?!? Explain please. Like how am I suppose to tip you if you're short changing me sir? But then expect that everyone tips. I love coffee and it's support unfortunate that this is the closest location. Looks like it's time to buy an espresso machine because getting shortchanged 5 days a week just doesn't add up. Especially for mediocre chain coffee.
