  • I have visited Dignity Health ER located at 4760 East Germany Rd 85297 both for myself and my sons several times. I would just like to tell everyone what an excellent experience we have had. From croup, pneumonia, physical injuries etc they are more than equipped to handle minor to major (stabilize and transfer) I cannot tell you how great of an experience we have had. The staff here is amazing. I have never waited more than a 1/2 hour here. We are usually in and out the door in less than 1-1/2 hours depending on situation. I have visited Dignity Health Urgent care and Mercy Gilbert this is by far the cleanest most efficient and knowledgeable staff. For many worrying about billing Is a major concern when visiting an ER they are always less than Mercy Gilbert. Efficient billing no problems And they will work with you if you are in a financial situation. I would like to urge anyone needing emergency or urgent care services to go to this location it can be confusing since there is s Dignity Health urgent Care across the street. I've been to both. The urgent Care does not hold a candle to the ER. If you have questions before you come in they answer the phone immediately you don't have to transfer, push #1, #2 anything.
