  • Had a fantastic quick breakfast at Aria Cafe. We got the Huevos Rancheros and the Red Velvet Pancakes. The eggs were perfectly cooked to order, and the sauce was very tasty but it didn't have any potatoes. The whole thing felt very fresh and tasty. But the pancakes were the highlight of the morning, I have never had red velvet pancakes that tasted so full of flavor like these at Aria. The mini chocolates and cream cheese toppings went perfectly together. This is a must have. Amazing.
