  • While I was visiting Vegas for a wedding, I needed to get my dress dry cleaned. When I got in there one of the workers was arguing with a customer. One I have never heard a worker argue with a customer in such a hostile manner. I was very appalled. They were speaking in Korean and I didn't know what they were saying, but the tone of the whole conversation was a very hostile one. Another customer was there and told me that the worker called the customer a female dog. I immediately left and went to a different dry cleaner. Rude, unprofessional, hostile, and lacking in customer service. I would not recommend going to a toxic environment.
