  • This is the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to. They are the most incoherent workers and offer the worst customer service. The breakfast sandwich was done half ass, the donut was stale. We had to ask for a refund on our coffee because 10 customers all got their coffee before us and forgot about us. They weren't even apologetic and just acted stupid about it. Management needs to get their employees under control. Go here if you want to get coffee but instead walk out with a refund.
