  • I have been banking with One Nevada for over 8 years now. I have never had an issue until this year when I had fraudulent charges on my account. Since this had never happened before I felt violated and confused at what to do. Although at first I got mixed messages of what to do which confuses you even more and makes you lose hope that your hard earned money will never be seen again there was a light of hope that appeared. Fast forward to kimberlie and Linda, they were very open and supportive when I then had lost hope that I wasn't going to get any help, they restored my faith. After explaining my frustrations they were there to help, and they did. They walked me through everything and were very helpful.They were able to get all of the fraudulent charges reversed and restored to my account!! Thank you!!
