  • I rarely come to this particular chipotle anymore, it has this awful sewage smell coming from it periodically. What made me actually sit down an write this was the service. It wasn't busy, it was barely 640 so they weren't even busy. All that was in front was a lovely couple in their prom best. I wasn't greeted coming in, just asked bowl or burrito. The gentleman rolling a burrito when I walked up kept having to redo it, what got me was how much he was cursing. I understand if you can't get it and have to keep trying but do so without using profanity. When I got to the end of the line, the same gentleman grabbed my bowl and my extra taco shells, which weren't labeled and asked the cashier girl, "what is this s@$&?" I found that completely unprofessional. What bothered me even more was that the manager was standing right there next to the cashier and ignored it, when I mentioned to the manager your employees should not be cursing on the line he said nothing and just stared. No response, no apology. If this is the kind of service I should expect then I'll gladly take my money somewhere else. The only reason you got 2 stars was because the food is actually decent.
