  • My mom and dad have been making some changes to their home and used Avanti Door Group for some of the products. My review is not about their product but about their customer service. I received a call on Saturday from my mother in a panic because she had a flat tire in the parking lot of Avanti. Her roadside service was going to take over 2 hours to come and help her. My father and I decided to leave the golf course early to help her because 2 hours was too long to have to wait. When we arrived my mother was physically uncomfortable and quickly grabbed our keys and said she had to take our car because she had to use the restroom. I asked why she didn't go inside the store she had just made purchases from and she said they told her they didn't have a bathroom. Really, no bathroom for my 70 year old mother who has been there three times in the last 3 weeks purchasing from you. I understand not wanting to let non-customers use you bathroom but somebody who was clearly a customer, who is 70 years old and who was clearly having difficulties because she hadn't left for over 45 minutes after her purchase. Not only did you not allow her to use the restroom but you failed to notice a car parked sideways in your parking lot. You never inquired of her safety and showed no interest in servicing your customer for anything other than a quick transaction. I will be sure to avoid Avanti in the future for both my residential and office construction needs.
