  • This Starbucks has really turned around. Today we ordered breakfast and drinks and although the girl taking orders was inexperienced and easily flustered, Ross was making drinks, answering questions for the drive through and assisted the cashier while keeping up with everything and everyone AND extremely pleasant. My oatmeal was made perfectly for a change and my half espresso shot latte was also perfect as was my daughter's drink. Ross makes a huge contribution to this team and memorable experience for the customer.
