I usually visit the Fitchburg location however ended up visiting this location instead today. I ordered a 1-2-3 with bacon, eggs and pumpkin spice pancakes. As I started eating my pancakes something tasted very sour. My friend also ordered pumpkin pancakes and noticed hers were sour as well. After waiting forever to find our waitress, we flagged her down and let her know that something was wrong with our pancakes. She said she would "take money off" of our bills and was rushing to take the nasty sour pancakes back to the kitchen. My friend and I were obviously still hungry so we asked if we could have different pancakes (not the pumpkin ones). She took our new order and her supervisor came over to our table and said she would take some money off of our bill. The waitress then came back and said they had "changed the recipe" instead of apologizing. I had these exact same pancakes less than a week ago at their other location and they certainly didn't taste sour, so no, you didn't change the recipe, you basically served us rotten food and tried to pass it as a recipe change. Then we get our bill and the "manager" only took two dollars off of our bill. So, you not only served us rotten food, you also argued that it was a "change in the recipe", then had an attitude when we asked for a different pancake and proceeded to only take $2 off of our bills and not apologize? Never will I ever go back to this raggedy run down location. I'll stick with Fitchburg.
