  • This shop is poorly managed. New employees have no idea how to ring up a oil change. I called to get a quote on a synthetic-blend oil change. I was quoted $27 and some change. Made an appointment, showed up the next day and then was asked to sign and pay $67 before I had my oil changed....What!!! I asked the clerk if they charged me for full synthetic , and the clerk replied "no". I told them I was quoted $27 and the clerk said it was for a regular oil change. So I decided to leave and go elsewhere. 10 minutes later the clerk called me and told me they gave me the wrong price of $67. It was in fact only $27. Firestone needs to Train their employees better. I will never return to this shop.
