rev:text	The facilities are nice and modern. But that is the only thing I can say about this place that is not negative!!!!! If you are thinking about having a wedding at The Falls think again you will be very disappointed if you do. To begin with a week before our wedding we were informed that we would be sharing the building with a group having a casino night. One week before! We had no choice ,it was too late to find another location. So we had to have all of our guests come in a side entrance in order to try to keep our guests separate from the casino group. They didn't even mention this when we were booking the wedding. This place does nothing to assist you in any part of your wedding. You even have to take out your own trash during the reception. They expect you to continually take bags of trash out in your wedding attire. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. If you forget a hammer, ladder, pliers or anything at all , the staff will not help you in any way!! They just stand around with their clip boards and tell you if you aren't allow to do something. At the end of the night it is late you are exhausted and then the rude staff comes in with their clipboard again to make sure you didn't leave without the place perfectly clean. They don't even lift a finger to help. To top the day off after all was cleaned up. The very rude staff member came up to me with her famous clipboard and told me that she needed the key to the bridal suite or they would charge me $300 dollars. Are you kidding me?? They gave the key to the bride and groom ( keeping track of a key is the last thing a bride and groom are thinking about) I didn't even know there was a key given to anyone. So we had to contact the bride and groom who had already left on their honeymoon to come back and turn in the key. They would not let us get it and return it in the morning it had to be right then. This is my second daughter to get married and the two experiences were like night and day because of the venue that we chose. When my other daughter got married it was a wonderful stress freed day. All day the staff was around to help with whatever was needed. They took out the trash during the event so we could enjoy the evening. They had someone taking care of the bridal suite (no key required) . And at the end of the night we removed anything that we brought and the rest of the cleanup was taken care of! If you want to have a great experience for your wedding do not choose this place!!! It is the worst! And very overpriced for what you get.
