  • I purchased a detailing service in April 2016. When I purchased the package, I was told by the sales person that it takes them between 90-120 minutes to complete my vehicle. This timeline was not bad at all-there is plenty of shopping in the plaza to keep me & my kids busy while we waited. I have called once a week for the last 11 WEEKS and every time I call, I have been told that if I dropped my vehicle off immediately, it would be done within 7 HOURS. I am a single mama with 2 kids and this is my only vehicle. What exactly do they expect me to do for 7 hours?! I was never told that detailing was first come, first serve and the wait turns into unreasonable times when they open. I was completely lied to when I purchased this service. I have had nothing but TERRIBLE service with superstar, and will never be back. I am currently waiting for the corporate office to call me back to see if they will return the service, because of course this is non refundable. BBB is the next to hear about this. Please stay away!
