I wrote this in T-Mobile
I was happy with T-Mobile until I went to this particular store! NONE OF YOUR INFORMATION IS SAFE FROM THE PREDATORS HERE!!!!! I went in and there were 4 people working, 3 guys and a girl. All seemed very nice. They were all really eager to sell me the phone and all this promotion going on! However, AJ, the guy that seemed in charge that day, went above and beyond by taking my number from the record without my permission and started personally texting me! What a creep! My first two bills were as much as they said I could expect, but then it went up way above what I was told I would be paying! I asked AJ since he clearly showed an unnecessary interest and his response was, "we don't really know how much it costs, it was just an estimate". FALSE ADVERTISING AND LIAR EMPLOYEES!!!!! I wish I would have been told that from the beginning, and it's also important to note that this happened right after I explained to him that I didn't want to talk to him. He said if we could go out to eat he could fix it or put some store credit towards the bill ...
He had access to all my information (that's how he obtained my personal number in the first place) and I'm sure my social security and address and credit card are all at his creepy disposal as well.
I've been way too scared to go to the store now to get a new screen protector, even though I got a lifetime warranty (which I now can't even be sure is true) because it means dealing with these kinds of people and their unprofessionalism and predatory unacceptable behavior. I can see that I'm not the only one who has had problems with "AJ" based off other reviews and quite frankly this is clearly T-Mobile's fault at this point for retaining such individual to represent them.
