| - Dave is awesome is all I can say. He went way way WAY above and beyond what we paid for in order to make our wedding extra special. We were referred to him by our Deacon at Guardian Angel Cathedral. Dave did the holiday decorations for the church. He knows them and they know him so they both have an understanding of what is allowed and what isn't for the Ceremony.
We were on a shoestring budget for everything but especially for flowers. One of the reasons being was that the restaurant inside Wynn would not let any outside florist bring in flowers for decorations. We wanted to decorate our suites at the Palazzo but we didn't want to spend more and go over budget.
Our plan was to set a budget for flowers which included decorating the Cathedral, bridal bouquet, and boutonnière. My wife wanted to decorate the church a little bit more rather than having just flowers. She and Dave brainstormed and came up with several very nice and unique decorations we used in our wedding. It was absolutely phenomenal.
We brought in some decorations ordered in from Amazon and Target and let Dave and his crew unbox and set up everything. It was absolutely gorgeous. Words cannot describe what we saw. We were all in awe and shocked at how beautiful everything was. I'll just have let your imagination run wild or have you use English Garden Florists for yourself.
They are a small business and they pride themselves in what they do so customer service and going above and beyond is absolutely necessary. The story doesn't end there with the flowers being left at the church after the Ceremony. We had Dave's team deliver them to our rooms at the hotel. There is a delivery charge for it but it was definitely worth it.
After the Ceremony, they brought the flowers back to their shop, packed them, and rearranged them into vases so we could decorate our suite and take them home with us. Now THAT was mind blowing! Let me repeat that, we were able to take all the flowers (read: ALL THE FLOWERS) back home. We had a huge passenger van and had enough room to do so.
Dave's team hand delivered all the flowers back to our room and arranged them nicely around the suite. We didn't have to do anything. They knew exactly where to place the flowers to make the rooms look extraordinary. It was amazing. We definitely made use of the flowers. My wife was so attached to the flowers that we just had to do anything to take them back with us. Now our homes are filled with flowers.
I forgot to mention that Dave also created a special ring holder to hold our wedding bands. My wife bought a lantern type decoration online and brought it to his store. He told us not to worry and that he would do something nice and decorate it.
This was another unforgettable moment where we saw his creation for the first time when we stepped in the church. My wife and I couldn't believe what we saw. It was perfect, elegant, beautiful, memorable, creative, and most importantly, it was unique.
My wife almost cried tears of joy and happiness when she saw it. Throughout the whole wedding planning process and the several meetings we had at Dave's shop, she just wanted something unique for our wedding. This was it.
