  • Authentic care of German cars by German men. What could be better? Hans is not only professional with his work - he is very warm and welcoming - something I most appreciated while travelling by 1987 VW Van across country, staying after business hours for chat. What a wonderful time that I will never forget. Not to mention they fixed the problem that was done INCORRECTLY at another shop (not specialty European) in Chicago. I knew as soon as I called and "Hans" was speaking, that I was in Good Hands! (Gus is also THE man in the HAUS!)
