  • The worst banking customer service in the world! I complain to the Better Business Bureau about their service and about their policies. I reviewed them on Yelp. Their response was to send me a letter advising me that they were closing both of my accounts.I got a half-hearted apology from the corporate office in Minnesota, and the next day Kenneth W Hodgson the Third, Branch Manager from downtown Mesa, send me a letter saying that they were closing my accounts. This is why big Banks I have such a bad reputation. We bailed US Bank out with our money, taxpayer money, and when we complain about the way they do business, they act like spoiled children and take their balls and go home. Kenny W Hodgson the Third is just as pompous as his name sounds. When I called him to discuss this, he spoke over me and said he wasn't going to allow me to disrespect him. You see bankers like Kenny feel they are disrespected when you disagree with them. I am going to DC next week too speak with Senator McCain and others about the way these big Banks treat small business after they get our money. Anyone who would like to join me is welcome.
