  • Nice addition to the Yonge-Sheppard area. There was only one guy running the shop, so the line moved a bit slowly (fine by me). I ordered the banana mochi, sakura mochi, and Yuzu no bake cheesecake. Total for all three items came up to about $15. Banana mochi was surprisingly good. It had a cheese custard flavour with banana in the middle which was very refreshing! I highly recommend this item if you like banana flavoured things and mochi. Bf and sister agreed with my assessment. Yuzu no bake cheesecake was okay. I wouldn't order it again, but it was nice to try. I was thrown off by the gelatine texture, but the flavour was there. The Sakura mochi was the most disappointing of the bunch. I couldn't taste any Sakura. Instead, it just tasted like sticky rice with red bean paste. Red bean paste was good, but the Sakura mochi part is questionable. Overall, I would give this place another try and sample some other items if I'm in the area again.
